Entry-Level Automotive Technician
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in the automotive industry and is eager to learn and grow their technical skills.
The Entry-Level Automotive Technician will assist with a variety of shop operations and customer support responsibilities. In addition to gaining hands-on automotive experience, this role may include administrative and organizational tasks to help keep the shop running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Perform basic automotive maintenance and repair tasks as training and experience allow.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating customer needs.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Track parts, assist with ordering, and help ensure needed parts are available for scheduled repairs.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with organizing shop information.
- Pay close attention to details to help ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and ask questions when additional guidance is needed.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times.
- Continue developing automotive knowledge and technical skills through hands-on training and experience.
Qualifications:

Level A/B Automotive Technician
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Level A or Level B Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Depending on experience and skill level, this technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles while working closely with the rest of the service team to provide an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
- Perform inspections and identify necessary maintenance and repair recommendations.
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Clearly document findings, recommended repairs, and completed work.
- Communicate repair needs and findings with service advisors and other team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets quality standards.
- Stay current on automotive technology, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques.
- Assist and provide guidance to entry-level or less experienced technicians when needed.
- Follow all company procedures and safety requirements.
Level B Technician Qualifications:
- Previous professional automotive repair experience.
- Ability to perform a variety of maintenance and repair services independently.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Experience performing inspections and identifying repair needs.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and repair information systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
Level A Technician Qualifications:
- Extensive professional automotive repair and diagnostic experience.
- Advanced ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Strong knowledge of modern automotive systems and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently on complex repairs.
- Ability to mentor and assist other technicians when needed.
- ASE certifications are preferred.
